PANIC! Privacy Policy

PANIC! is a free arcade game published by MoorLogic. This policy explains what information is used when you play the web, Android or iOS version.

Information used by the game

PANIC! does not require an account. Your high score, difficulty, sound setting and similar preferences are stored locally on your device or in your browser. MoorLogic does not receive this local game data.

Advertising and consent

The PANIC! information pages use Google AdSense on the web and the mobile apps use Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, consent choices and information about ad views or interactions to provide, limit, measure and protect advertising. The mobile apps request consent through Google's User Messaging Platform where required. Mobile ads are requested as non-personalised ads.

Sharing and retention

MoorLogic does not sell your personal information. Advertising information is handled by Google and its approved partners under their own policies and retention periods. Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app or browser data or uninstall the app.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of personal information. You can reset local game data through your device or browser settings and use the consent controls described above.

Children

PANIC! is a general-audience arcade game and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses or account details from players.
